The celebrity fit club diet is truly a revolutionary cure, written by Dr. K. Smith. In fact, it shouldn't be considered a diet but a lifestyle change. There are 4 stages, the first being very restrictive and where you can eat as many fruits and vegetables you want and then oats, beans and tea. But that's not all: this step is made only for 9 days. In the second stage you can add lean meat, seafood, cheese, even grain (as long as they are not sweetened). In the last phase alcohol and sweet can be added but in small quantities.
